How to get FREE Pumpkin's
1. Plan ahead. . .This Family Home Evening activity was set in stone weeks ago!
2. Come close to closing time. . .Everybody just wants to go home!
3. Look for signs of hail and gusting winds. . .Taking small kids in this weather makes you look pretty desperate!
4. Pick big Pumpkins. . .The bigger they are the harder they are to move and the more pathetic you look!
5. Get the owner to watch you and your small pathetic kids struggle with huge Pumpkins, hail, gusting wind, and the disappointment of no hay ride because it is too muddy!
Combine these 5 and Viola. . .Free Pumpkins!
(Maybe taking a look at Kade with the Swine Flu got us the free Pumpkins! He's Pathetic, I know.)

Still, looks too cold for a free pumpkin. Glad you can smile about it. Hope Kade gets better soon. Did anyone else get sick? Time for another reunion...?
Is free really worth it?
I'm such a pathetic mom that I haven't hardly thought about pumpkins...maybe it will happen in the next 3 days (but probably not.) So--great job! Not only did you get aroudn to doing it...but you got them for free! (you're a total winner in my book!)
That was a brilliant idea! Now, tell me what's your plan for a free Christmas tree this year. It's pretty hard to top swine flu. Keep me posted. I want these ideas for my own family before the season. Thanks!
